Like so many of you, we at Bill Dube Hyundai have spent the last few weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and making all necessary adjustments to our work and operations.


As always, the well-being and safety of our customers and employees is of paramount importance to us.  We have been monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) websites on a daily basis to be sure we are keeping up with the most current guidelines on how to prevent the spread of this virus.


Here's what we are doing:

·         We are disinfecting all surfaces throughout the day, including doorknobs, workspace surfaces, cash registers and all frequently touched areas.  We are also using disposable steering wheel covers.

·         All employees have been instructed to wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, refrain from handshaking and to stay at home at the first sign of illness.


We have gone one step further and instituted the following to help our customers:

SALES customers that do not feel comfortable visiting our showroom can buy or lease without leaving their home.  You can deal directly with managers by phone, email or online chat on the purchase price or lease of any new or preowned vehicle, and we will have a product specialist deliver it right to your home at no extra cost or delivery fee.


SERVICE customers can be assured that all cars will be thoroughly disinfected, and the we are using disposable steering wheel covers.  All employees servicing your vehicles have been instructed on proper hygiene as per the CDC's guidelines.
